Type of personal data we collect

When you buy a mission, we collect the contact information that you have entered about yourself on our websites when purchasing and when you set up the party:

The information for the buyer / party administrator is:

First name, last name, address, email and phone number.

When you invite someone to a party, we collect the contact information that you have entered for each guest when you set up the party on our website for party administration.

The information saved for guests are:

Name, gender, mobile number, GPS position during the party and whether the guest has their own mobile phone.

The information saved for parents are:

Name, address, email, phone number

In order for us to process your data, one of the following legal requirements must be met:

• To be able to create and administer a party and invitations as well as implementation
• The treatment is in both your, your guests' and our interest.

We process personal data in order to identify you for information needed by the Swedish Tax Agency and other relevant authorities. We can use personal information from your previous contact with us and information about previously purchased missions from us to be able to give you better and faster assistance.

In order to market relevant products to you according to your needs, we process personal data about which services you use and how you use them.

This is how long we save personal data

We store personal data as long as there is a purpose for the processing or until you have informed us that you want to be deregistered.

We process personal data in order to detect and prevent the following for our services and in our databases:

• attacks in the form of e.g. viruses, DDOS

• use of our services that violates our terms
 

To whom do we disclose personal information

We do not disclose or sell your information to other companies. The only time we use your information with external suppliers is to not unnecessarily market our services to you, who are already registered with us. This is done by adding your email address to our lists at Google and Facebook so that you can get good offers and/or simply avoid receiving advertising from us.

We take appropriate safeguards to ensure that your personal information is handled in accordance with applicable laws regarding security and privacy. We place the same high demands on our suppliers of computer systems, etc.

Upon request, we may, according to law and official decisions, be obligated to disclose certain personal data to, for example, the Police.

You decide over your personal information

You decide over your own personal information. That is, you can decide what information you want to provide, and you can revoke your consent whenever you wish.

Please note, however, that we need certain personal information when you purchased our services. If you choose to revoke your consent, it may result in a situation where we can not provide our services to you.

This is how we process your personal data when you no longer want to stay

When you cancel your account, we delete all your personal data when there is no longer a purpose for further processing. We also notify those who have processed your data that it will be deleted from them. The data that is not deleted are: data required by the tax authorities and according to the Accounting Act.
